Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kurla, Mumbai for a CHA - Export & Import Documentation professional. The role involves preparation and verification of export documentation, coordination of import-export processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, addressing inquiries efficiently, and providing exemplary customer service to ensure smooth shipping and transportation operations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Export Documentation and Import Export processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and resolve queries effectively
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation compliance
• Ability to work on-site in Kurla, Mumbai
• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is an advantage
