Associate Trainer

Role Description

The Associate Trainer role is a freelance position. The Associate Trainer will facilitate instructor-led sessions for early-career talent, new hires, and emerging leaders using Trainopaedia’s learning frameworks and content. This role involves preparing training materials, customizing session flow to learner needs, and delivering engaging workshops that focus on communication, workplace readiness, and behavioral capabilities. The Associate Trainer will observe learner performance, provide structured feedback, capture session data, and share insights with the core team to refine programs.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to lead interactive classroom sessions and engage diverse learner groups.
• Experience in corporate training, academic instruction, or capability development, preferably with early-career or campus-to-corporate audiences.
• Ability to translate concepts into practical workplace behaviors, using activities, role plays, and simulations.
• Solid communication skills, professional writing, and effective feedback delivery.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools (presentation software, learning platforms, virtual meeting tools) to support training delivery.
• Strong planning and time-management skills; ability to manage training schedules, classroom logistics, and documentation reliably.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to coaching; willingness to work closely with senior trainers and designers to implement program design as intended.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; formal training in education, psychology, HR, or learning and development is an advantage.
• Prior experience delivering soft skills, communication, or professional skills training is preferred.
• Availability to work online/on-site as per agreed training schedules and client requirements.
