We build automated AI receptionists that handle office lines when business owners and their crews are out on a job site—turning missed calls and lost voicemails into instantly booked customer quotes.We are looking for self-motivated Outbound Sales Representatives / Appointment Setters to join our remote team as independent contractors. Your focus is outbound business-to-business (B2B) outreach to Canadian trade business owners (including Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Techs, General Contractors, Landscapers, and Painters) to book them into short evening Zoom demonstrations with our leadership team. [1]If you are an experienced phone closer who knows how to talk to Canadian business owners, operates independently on your own schedule, and wants to build a true passive wealth stream, this is the highest-leverage offer on the market.Compensation & Benefits (Performance-Based Only):This is a 100% independent contractor, commission-only position designed for elite earners. We offer an unmatched commission structure that rewards your immediate results and your long-term loyalty:

• Upfront Setup Commissions: Earn 20% to 30% on every setup fee closed ($300.00 to $450.00 CAD upfront per successful sign-up).
• Passive Monthly Residuals: Earn $50.00 CAD per month for every active client you bring into the agency. This recurring payment is yours every single month the client stays active with us, providing you with a predictable, escalating passive income stream.
• Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home (Must be legally entitled to work in Canada).
• Schedule: Flexible hours. You set your own schedule throughout the week to achieve your personal income goals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage your own outbound B2B outreach pipelines using clean, pre-screened Canadian business lead lists provided by the agency.
• Connect directly with trade business owners, identifying key pain points regarding missed customer calls and scheduling leaks.
• Present our 45-second AI voice assistant framework and secure bookings into open evening calendar slots.
• Update call outcomes inside our shared tracking ecosystem at your own convenience to keep pipelines clear.

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling, outbound telemarketing, or high-ticket appointment setting (B2B or blue-collar trade sales experience is a massive asset).
• A crisp, confident, professional speaking voice with high energy and exceptional resilience.
• A quiet home office setup equipped with a reliable computer and a high-speed internet connection.
