Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Specialist position located in Fifth, WV. The Technical Support Specialist will provide exceptional technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot system and product issues, and effectively resolve technical concerns. Responsibilities include responding to support queries, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through detailed and timely solutions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to address technical challenges and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing clear technical instructions to non-technical users
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technical support software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-focused environment
  • Availability to work on-site in Fifth, WV
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in IT or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
