Position: Technical Customer Service Representative

Shift Timings: 9 am to 9 pm (any 9 hours)(Day/ Evening Shifts)

It's a work from office job.

Eligibility Criteria-

• Freshers/ Experienced candidates are welcome
• International BPO experience = added advantage
• Immediate joiners required this week.
• Comfortable working in day/evening shifts.
• We are looking for candidates who can join immediately in the upcoming week.

Key Responsibilities -

• Respond to global customer queries via voice/blended support.
• Provide clear, easy to understand technical assistance
• 6 days working & 1 rotational off
• Shift window: 9 am to 9 pm (any 9 hours)
• Register complaints & offer suitable resolutions
• Maintain accurate CRM updates
• Deliver excellent customer experience
