• HSC / Graduate, Minimum 6 months experience in customer service role

• In-hand Salary: 21, 000
• CTC: 3 LPA
• Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): 18,000

• Location: Thane Mumbai
• Work Shift:
• 24/7 rotational shifts
• Primarily US Shift (majorly night shifts)

4. Additional Notes

• Candidate must be comfortable with night shifts.
• Strong communication and Backoffice exposure are key selection parameters.
