Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in attracting and placing candidates.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Promote the organization's image as a desirable place to work.
  • Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Recommend placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
  • Refer applicants, administer pre-employment tests, check references, conduct exit interviews for candidates declining offers, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Assist with job advertising and posting.
  • Develop own knowledge, share best practices, and develop relevant/appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using various recruitment software and tools.
  • A professional/university degree is required.
