Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in attracting and placing candidates.
Roles and Responsibility
- Promote the organization's image as a desirable place to work.
- Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
- Recommend placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
- Refer applicants, administer pre-employment tests, check references, conduct exit interviews for candidates declining offers, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Assist with job advertising and posting.
- Develop own knowledge, share best practices, and develop relevant/appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using various recruitment software and tools.
- A professional/university degree is required.
