Location: Malad East, Mumbai
Salary: 3.53 LPA (24,000 In-hand)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Document interactions and maintain records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Support
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment (rotational shifts)
- No career gaps
Additional Requirements
- Candidate should reside within a 25 km radius of Malad East
- CIBIL score must be 680 or above
