Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)

Location: Malad East, Mumbai

Salary: 3.53 LPA (24,000 In-hand)

Job Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts (24/7)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  • Document interactions and maintain records

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Support
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment (rotational shifts)
  • No career gaps

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate should reside within a 25 km radius of Malad East
  • CIBIL score must be 680 or above
