Role and Responsibilities
Handle Technical queries through Voice for Indian Based Customer.
Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about products or services
.Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system/CRM
.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service
.Follow company policies, processes, and call quality standards.
