Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting operations with the finance director
• Review and manage job costing across construction projects
• Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Provide assistance during peak workload in payroll and admin

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience in construction or similar industries
• Expertise in job costing and project accounting principles
• Full-cycle accounting experience required
• Proficiency in Acumatica preferred; knowledge of Bid2Win is beneficial
• Strong collaborative communication skills
