We’re actively hiring a .NET Developer to join an internal IT team supporting business systems, applications, and data solutions within a growing manufacturing organization.

This role will focus on developing and maintaining internal applications, database solutions, and reporting tools, working heavily with C#, .NET, SQL, and Visual Basic. You’ll also have the opportunity to support Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions that help improve business processes and data visibility across the organization.

This is a strong opportunity for a developer with 3–7 years of experience who enjoys working on real-world business applications and data-driven solutions.

Compensation

Salary: Starting at $80,000+ depending on experience + Profit sharing

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications using C# and .NET
• Support development of business tools and system integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues

Database Development

• Develop and maintain SQL databases and queries
• Optimize database performance and data structures
• Support data integration between systems

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Assist with development of Power BI dashboards and reports
• Support data visualization initiatives across the organization
• Work with stakeholders to translate data needs into reporting solutions

Process Automation

• Support development of Power Apps solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance operational systems

Collaboration

• Work with internal departments to understand system requirements
• Support ongoing improvements to IT systems and applications
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of new features

Qualifications

• 3 – 7 years of software development experience

Strong experience with:

• C#
• .NET framework and (VB) Visual Basic
• SQL
• Experience developing and maintaining business applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Power Apps
• Experience working with internal enterprise systems
• Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments
