Salary:5LPA-8.5LPA, Slight Negotiable, Incentives

Job Description:-

We are seeking a skilled and committed Orthodontist to join our growing dental network.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Perform fixed orthodontic treatments proficiently, including conventional braces systems.
• Must be proficient in aligner therapy, including:
• Attachment placement
• Aligner delivery
• Monitoring and follow-up of aligner cases
• Actively participate in orthodontic case conversion and patient counseling.
• Ensure timely initiation, monitoring, and completion of all orthodontic cases.
• Maintain proper clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient management across branches.

Work Structure

• The Orthodontist will function as a rotational consultant across all existing 8 clinics and any future branches added to the network.
• Travel between branches as per schedule will be mandatory.

Contract Requirement

• Candidate must be willing to sign a minimum 2-year contract.
• The contract shall include responsibility for continuity and completion of all initiated orthodontic cases.

Eligibility Criteria

• MDS in Orthodontics from a recognized institution.
• Strong clinical proficiency in fixed orthodontics and aligner-based treatments.
• Good communication and patient conversion skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-branch setup and coordinate efficiently with teams.
