This position is full-time opportunity to work with our valuable up-and-coming young musicians and talented local school music teachers. The Education Services Representative for Tom Lee Music will work closely with teachers on the mainland. The Education Services Representative will act as the bridge between our store and the schools and will help teachers and students to succeed in all of their musical endeavors.

The purpose of the Educational Service Representative is to service our local schools by developing, maintaining and growing a successful school rental and sales network. This person is responsible in creating demand, locating customers, establishing and maintaining internal and external customer relationships.

While sales experience is valuable, the right candidate for this role should possess a strong desire to help their clients and develop lasting relationships. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated and success-driven, and who can adopt our philosophy of creating lifelong music learners and lifelong customers.

This position allows a great deal of flexibility and is perfect for the performing musician or private music teacher.

Skills Required

• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Relevant work experience within the Music industry, either Retail or Educational.
• Music background and ability to perform on one or more instrument (Woodwind or Brass)
• Strong organizational skills and minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to learn company systems and processes and use them effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• There will be some pushing, pulling and lifting required to load and/or deliver product from our Tom Lee Music warehouse to the schools or customers, up to 50 lbs. of weight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
