The Opportunity: Store Manager

Job Description: As the Store Manager, you are accountable for a team of staff, and responsible for all day to day store operations. As the successful candidate you will train, mentor, and coach individuals, promote teamwork, and meet and exceed all key metrics as set by TELUS and Tom Harris.

Job Requirements:

• 2 or more years previous retail management experience
• Proven leadership skills to build a high performing team to achieve targets and objectives
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work in and build a team
• Inventory management experience
• Strong coaching skills
• Previous track record in demonstrating exceptional personal and team sales results
• Enjoys and thrives in a fast paced working environment
• Responds well to shifting priorities and leads and implements change
• Strong Business Acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent Communication skills, written and oral

**Experience in the wireless industry is an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

• Customer Service: 2 years (required)
