ToadEx is a fast-growing Ontario-based restaurant technology company. We provide POS-agnostic self-service ordering kiosks to independent restaurants and small chains on a simple monthly subscription, helping operators increase average order value, cut labour costs, and modernize the guest experience. We're in an aggressive growth phase and looking for driven sales talent to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We're hiring self-motivated Independent Sales Representatives to promote and sell ToadEx kiosk subscriptions to restaurants across the GTA. This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential and full schedule flexibility; work part-time, full-time, or alongside your existing sales activities. You control your hours, your territory approach, and your income.

This is an ideal fit for hustlers, closers, and relationship-builders who thrive on results rather than a fixed 9-to-5.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and connect with restaurant owners and multi-unit operators across the GTA
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (in-person and virtual)
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Negotiate and close subscription agreements within provided pricing guidelines
  • Represent the ToadEx brand professionally and accurately
