About the Role

As an Associate Engineer, Software, you will support the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions that operate in scalable, highly available environments. This is an early-career role focused on building strong engineering fundamentals while contributing to real production systems under close guidance from senior engineers.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement software components using modern technologies and follow defined standards, processes, and instructions. Success in this role is measured by your ability to deliver functional components, maintain clear documentation, learn quickly, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance system performance and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement software solutions that meet customer requirements and support scalable, highly available systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver software components and communicate technical ideas effectively.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements.
• Apply current technologies and engineering best practices under guidance to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for basic system analysis and continuous improvement of existing processes and services.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
• 2 years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
• Strong willingness to learn, follow engineering standards, and work under detailed technical guidance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
