Roles &

• Responsibility:
• Coordinating &
• Collection of engineering drawing, QAPs / ITP s, Machining Hours &
• Job distribution sheets from respective departments (QA &PPC)
• Check the BOM, Du list &
• Production orders from SAP against JRM (Job releasing memo)
• Study of the drawings, job distribution sheet , QAPs &
• Understand the Fabrication processes, inhouse fabrication, Machining facilities &
• Capacities.
• Preparation of drilling list, bending / rolling list &
• Machining list, SR list etc, to be updated in Process sheet
• Preparation of weld calculation sheet, Cutting calculations to be updated in Process sheet and submitting to welding department.
• Preparation of Process sheet & submission to Operation head for review & approval
• Preparation of Mfg. hours routing sheet after PS approval & uploading in SAP through Hyderabad coordinators.
• Report generation : Monthly & weekly Process sheet plan &
• MIS report
• Report generation : Process sheet released status against Projects
• Preparation of Actual Planned Hours Vs Budgeted hours report on project wise. Variance analysis and corrective action.

Key skills required

• Exposure in fabrication Process, Welding processes, Various Forming Processes, machining processes in Products like- Boilers, coils, Panels, Piping (Pressure parts and non-pressure parts) , Mining, Cement, Sugar Equipment fabrication and Structures for Power Plants, MHE &
• Sugar Plants, Equipment related to Aggregate Business.
• Basic knowledge in PPC, Industrial Engineering & work measurement.
• MS office, SAP, Usage of AI Tools, MS Project.
• Good Coordinator and follow up skills
