Supervisor

As a Team Supervisor, you lead your team through your shift with a positive attitude. You set an example by placing guests as your highest priority and act as a role model for exceptional guest service. You spot opportunities to improve the business and you are able to effectively communicate with the management team.

Day to Day duties include:

Assist with team member coverage and works various positions during busy periods to maintain optimal service levels.

Providing ongoing, specific direction to team members

Responds to guests in a friendly manner while maintaining an appropriate sense of urgency

Responsible for shift cash procedures

Ensures all restaurant policies are followed during the shift

Assists the restaurant manager in driving sales and transactions during the shift

Works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation

Your Qualifications:

1 - 3 years supervisory experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant is an asset

Excellent communication skills

Available to work evenings or daytime

Pay: From $18.65 per hour
