Position Description:

We are seeking a Database and Analytics Engineer to aggregate data sources and provide a clear view of infrastructure requests, deployments, and discrepancies. The team’s application will enable subject matter experts to investigate, develop, and refine best practices and deployment rules, while alerting when requested or deployed infrastructure deviates from those rules. This role involves frequent collaboration with stakeholders across the organization and focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting schemas across multiple database technologies to answer specific analytical questions about infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with OLAP, graph, and document databases.
• Strong background in schema design, query optimization, and analytics support.
• Ability to translate analytical questions into database design solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing cybersecurity-related data sets (e.g., network traffic, OS events).
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
• General software engineering skills, including DevOps, web applications, ETL, etc.
• Familiarity with Git and GitLab.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must hold an active clearance with a Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time. Essential functions include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
