Job description

About the role.

  • Provides professional secretarial and administrative support at Executive Committee level, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy  and providing a high level of service.
  • In-depth knowledge subject matter expertise of own area and of Company policies and procedures.
  • Screens calls, manages calendars, arranges complex travel and meeting arrangements, manages expenses and mail, deals with highly sensitive or confidential information.
  • Prepares complex and confidential documents and presentations, works closely with finance teams on forecasting revenue and expense reports.
  • Involved in conference and event organization.

About you.

  • Trains other administrative staffRequires strong computer and internet research skills along with the ability to train others on system usage.
  • Requires flexibility, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Interacts with the most senior executives across the Company on significant matters, anticipating and responding to requests by modifying procedures to individual circumstances.
  • May work on ad-hoc projects.
  • Requires specific industry or market experience.
