TheXMedia is a fast-growing short-form video content agency helping service-based businesses in Canada go viral and convert that attention into real leads. We produce high-impact Instagram and Facebook Reels for clients in real estate, immigration law, business lending, insurance, and auto services, primarily serving South Asian communities across Canada.

The Role
We're hiring a Content Strategist who will own the client relationship and content pipeline from brief to final script.
This is not an editing role. This is not a trend-copying role. This is a strategy-first, client-facing position that sits at the center of everything we produce.
You will be the bridge between our clients and our creative output, managing accounts, scheduling content calendars, leading ideation, and reviewing scripts before they go live.
What You'll Own
Client Management
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
- Run onboarding calls, weekly check-ins, and content review sessions
- Extract stories, expertise, and opinions from clients that can be turned into viral content
- Manage client expectations, feedback cycles, and approvals
Content Scheduling
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars for each client
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure scripts are delivered and reviewed on time
- Keep clients and internal teams aligned on deadlines and priorities
Ideation
- Research each client's industry, audience, and competitive landscape
- Generate fresh content ideas weekly, not trends, but ideas rooted in psychology and positioning
- Identify what will resonate with South Asian diaspora audiences in Canada across verticals like real estate, loans, and immigration
Script Review
- Review scripts written by the team against the client brand voice and platform best practices
- Give precise, actionable feedback, not vague notes
- Ensure every script follows TheXMedia's proven 4-part structure: Hook → Problem/Story → Value/Pivot → CTA
- Catch weak hooks, generic setups, and off-brand language before it reaches the client
You're the Right Fit If:
- You have 1–2+ years in a content agency, with a creator, or managing your own personal brand
- You've written or reviewed talking-head / informative video scripts
- You understand why certain content stops the scroll — not just what looks good
- You're confident managing client relationships independently
- Your written and spoken English is strong and professional
- You understand South Asian communities, culture, or diaspora audiences (asset, not required)
- You want to grow with one company long-term not juggle freelance clients
