The Golda Show is a talk show, podcast, and editorial media platform built for women who want more.

Our Audience : The Golda Show speaks to women who are ambitious, intentional, and building professionally and personally. They are interested in wealth, business strategy, and personal development. They want substance over surface and community over noise. They are not looking to be inspired. They are looking to be equipped.

We are growing and we are looking for a creative strategist to grow with us.

The Role

  • This is not a "post three times a week" position. This is a creative strategy seat at the table of a fast-growing women's media platform. You will work directly with the Founder to develop, execute, and elevate the content presence of The Golda Show across Meta Platforms (Instagram & Facebook ) and TikTok.
  • You will think in stories, move in trends, and understand that the right content doesn't just perform, it connects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop platform-native content strategies across Meta Platforms Instagram(& Facebook) along with TikTok
  • Turn long-form episodes into scroll-stopping short-form content think micro-clips, not simple reposts
  • Lead creative direction for both organic and paid social content
  • Research and identify trends before they peak and align them with The Golda Show's voice
  • Build and nurture a loyal community through intentional engagement strategy
  • Write hooks, captions, and ad scripts that convert
  • Analyze content performance and use data to inform what comes next
  • Project manage creative output and keep timelines moving
  • Contribute ideas for video topics, episode themes, and content pillars
  • Report directly to the Founder

What We're Looking For

  • A creative thinker who understands platform-native content deeply what works on Instagram is not what works on TikTok
  • Someone with a genuine passion for women's media, wealth, and community building
  • A trend-reader who acts before the moment peaks
  • Someone ambitious, community-minded, and data-aware
  • Comfortable working across both static and video content
  • Strong written communication you can write a hook, a caption, and a brief with equal confidence
  • Proactive and self-directed you identify gaps and move things forward without being told
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift

Experience

We are open to two experience levels

Emerging Creative

You may be newer to the industry but you have strong creative instincts, deep platform knowledge, and the hunger to grow with a brand from the ground up.

Experienced Strategist

You have 1–3 years of experience, a portfolio that demonstrates real results, and you are confident in both strategy and delivery.

The Process

All applicants will be asked to submit a video proposal (maximum 15 minutes) outlining how they would amplify The Golda Show's brand presence and community. Please send your proposal to ***email_hidden***

Top candidates will be invited to complete a paid trial project before a long-term commitment is made.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
