Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from $62,000 to $69,000. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Purpose of Position
The Leadership and Talent Development Consultant supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs that strengthen employee capability, leadership readiness, and team effectiveness across the organization. This role develops learning materials and resources, facilitates in-person and virtual learning experiences, supports team workshops, and partners with stakeholders to identify development needs.
Essential Functions
- Design and develop engaging employee learning materials, activities, resources, and programs using appropriate learning tools and technologies.
- Facilitate interactive in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions, including leadership development programs and team workshops, aligned with adult learning principles and organizational needs.
- Provide consultation to individual employees, managers, and departments to identify, prioritize, and address organizational and team development needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal partners to identify, develop, and incorporate content needed for relevant training solutions.
- Administer, monitor, evaluate, and report on learning programs using participation data, evaluation results, and other measures to support continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in learning and development, including demonstrated experience designing and facilitating employee learning programs. OR (7) seven years of equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with leadership assessment tools, such as DISC, CliftonStrengths and others
- Preferred experience developing digital learning content, including training videos, eLearning modules, job aids, or other online learning resources.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Proven ability to design and develop learning materials, facilitator resources, participant guides, and activities that support effective learning experiences
- Strong background using adult learning practices and familiarity with design principles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in partnering with subject matter experts to facilitate execution of talent development programs
- Self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiently in the use of audio/visual equipment
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm
- Hybrid work environment (remote & office)
