What you'll do:
- Partner with Global Agency sales lead and local market leaders in deepening existing global business relationships
- Supporting role in top-down relationships with Denstu and affiliated Op Cos
- Help establish new collaborative global business relationships between key decision-makers across the global agency roster
- Helping to develop strategic relationships, from holding company-level to individual agencies, ensuring we deliver optimal value to agencies
- Support/Partner with Global Agency sales lead and help manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Levels and their DRs
- Deliver periodic business reviews, global and regional partner summits, and illuminate new business opportunities across accounts internally
- Continue to leverage a Trader mindset – representing internally and externally as a leader who is an expert on the TTD platform (not just what it can do, but how and the compliment to the client).
- Play a key role in supporting agencies with best practices and research opportunities
- Fostering agency innovation with The Trade Desk; this role will play a key role in arming them with the knowledge and tools to develop client winning strategies that drive top and bottom-line growth for TTD
- Create and foster innovative solutions with Global counterparts, BD, and CS to demonstrate how TTD’s products can be leveraged globally to connect with consumers and meet business objectives
- Discover, catalog and 'case' great Trade Desk usage stories that will help shape the agency, brand and media world's understanding of how brands can use The Trade Desk
- Facilitate and help manage responses to Advertiser’s multi-market requests for proposals and RFIs
- Ensure that agencies’ voice, opinions, ideas and feedback are being conveyed back to The Trade Desk and its Marketing and Product Development teams
- Partner extensively with product, engineering, operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure needs to Agency are being met, while also considering TTD growth strategic priorities
- Possess excellent communication skills and a consultative style that focuses on developing long-term customer relationships
- Possessing an analytical mind-set and is comfortable with both building relationships and data strategy
- Lead the agency’s proprietary solutions and TTD co-development efforts (discovery, POC, activation). Eg: custom algos for outcomes, scalable globally
- Interfacing with TTD’s cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Technical Account Management, Legal, etc.) teams throughout the development process
- Develop go-to-market strategies that scale custom products/proprietary solutions by empowering TTD BD/CS teams globally (co-authored sales materials, trainings, FAQs, etc).
- Ownership of global Board pack reviews (overview of investment by market, data usage, qualitative and quantitative development recommendations)
Who you are:
- 10 years' relevant experience in media or a related industry, ideally with strong programmatic experience and/or background in TV. Experience working with global teams is a plus. Experience in consulting a plus
- Extensive experience in developing, nurturing and managing client strategy and executive-level relationships
- Ability to build strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive teams, and industry groups through superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to grasp and communicate with gravitas on media, marketing and technical subject matter
- Understanding of marketing strategies and how media, programmatic, data, measurement and technology fit into the full picture
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

In accordance with various US state laws, the range provided is the Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as variable compensation-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
