We are actively searching for an Crypto Investment Researcher to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role you will support our liquid token investment team across a wide array of crypto assets. This role combines fundamental and on-chain research to support our investment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate liquid token opportunities (DeFi, L1/L2, protocols, emerging assets)
• Lead underwriting: research, diligence, and investment memos
• Produce high-quality research (tokenomics, deep dives, market analysis)
• Track market trends, on-chain data, and regulatory developments
• Build and maintain relationships across the crypto ecosystem
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies and maintain a pipeline
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute insights
• Support brand presence through thought leadership and industry engagement

Qualifications

• 2+ years in crypto investing, trading, or research
• Strong understanding of tokenomics, market structure, and on-chain data
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Experience building investment thesis and research frameworks
• Established network in crypto markets preferred
• Quantitative mindset; comfortable with data tools and financial modeling
• Passion for crypto and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
