Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Growth & Partnerships Executive who will drive clinic growth by building strong local partnerships and expanding our referral network. This is a field-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating business opportunities, and contributing directly to patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities1. Partnership Development & Field Outreach
- Visit salons, clinics, spas, and relevant businesses to introduce our services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Identify and create collaboration opportunities for patient referrals
2. Growth & Lead Generation
- Generate new leads through on-ground networking and partnerships
- Work on innovative ideas to increase patient footfall
- Expand the clinic’s presence and network in the local market
3. Brand Representation & Communication
- Represent the clinic in a professional and confident manner
- Clearly explain services and treatment offerings to partners
- Handle basic queries and build trust with potential collaborators
4. Follow-Ups & Coordination
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure consistent referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner engagement
- Strengthen relationships to drive long-term value
5. Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily visit reports and activity updates
- Track partnerships, referrals, and conversion performance
- Share insights and feedback from the market
