This position plays a critical role in bridging HR, technology, and data. With 7-10 years of data analysis experience and expertise in Workday, you will translate business needs into effective system solutions. Your efforts will facilitate data-driven decision-making and support HR teams in enhancing their mission delivery through reliable HR systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze HR data and trends through stakeholder collaboration
  • Develop and enhance HR dashboards and reports
  • Optimize HR data capture and governance processes
  • Manage comprehensive HR data migration activities
  • Guide stakeholders in change management and adoption

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 7-10 years in data analysis for HR system projects
  • 3-5 years of Workday experience in reporting
  • 2-3 years in Data Governance roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
