Administrator for Social Work Programs

Contribute to the mission of The Salvation Army as an Administrator for Social Work Programs. Lead the Pathway of Hope initiative to enhance community service delivery across Canada and Bermuda.

This role demands a master’s level education and at least five years of experience in client management. You will provide essential training, implement change initiatives, and create collaborative networks to strengthen service capabilities. Your role significantly impacts program consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advance Pathway of Hope implementation across ministry units
• Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers effectively
• Develop standards and tools for measurable outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and foster community practice
• Monitor service practices for compliance and improvement

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or health-related field
• Professional certification as a Licensed Social Worker
• Proven track record in social service administration
• Ability to analyze complex information for decision-making
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
