🚨 We Are Hiring | Group Head – Engineering Mechanical(Power Generation) 🚨
📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai
🧑 💼 Experience: 14+ Years

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic engineering leader to join our team as Group Head – Engineering (Gen Mechanical). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving engineering excellence across Greenfield, Brownfield, refurbishment, and modernization projects in the power generation sector.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead engineering & design activities from conceptualization to project completion
✔ Manage cross-functional engineering teams and project engineering consultants
✔ Review and approve DPRs, concept notes, technical specifications, cost estimates, and engineering deliverables
✔ Drive innovation, new technology evaluation, and techno-commercial assessments
✔ Provide engineering support during execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and RCA activities
✔ Ensure compliance with ASME/API/IS/ASTM/NACE standards and safety regulations
✔ Support business development initiatives, M&A technical assessments, and strategic planning
✔ Mentor and develop junior engineering talent within the organization
🔹 Desired Profile:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
✅ 14+ years of experience in the Power Generation industry
✅ M.Tech / MBA in Power Management preferred
✅ Strong exposure to engineering management, lifecycle costing, and techno-commercial evaluation
✅ Experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and consultants
✅ Strong understanding of project commercial aspects and engineering standards
