We’re recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law consultancy, trusted by thousands of Canadian businesses. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a driven, high-performing Territory Sales Manager in Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario to join their dynamic sales team.

Location: 100% Outside Sales/Field-based – Greater Toronto Area, ON
Salary: Up to $75,000K Base | Realistic OTE $180k-$200k+ | Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do:
- Hunting New Business: Drive new business through strategic prospecting, referrals, and networking – 100% in the field.
- Meet face-to-face with business owners to provide HR & Health & Safety solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with key referral partners.
- Exceed sales targets in a dynamic, high-reward environment.
- Manage your pipeline effectively using a CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of proven B2B field sales experience.
- A True Hunter: 100% in the field drive new revenue, No Account Management (aka “farming”) experience
- Experience selling services or intangible products.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a value-driven approach.
- Confidence in selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.
- A valid G driver’s license (this is a field-based role).
- A competitive, results-driven mindset and a passion for sales success.
