Job description
We're looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to help grow two exciting businesses:
- Commercial Mortgage Brokerage
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys storytelling, video editing, AI tools, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Use AI tools to turn ideas into engaging story-style videos.
- Edit videos, add captions, music, graphics, and B-roll.
- Design social media posts and marketing graphics.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Work with the owner to turn real client stories, financing tips, and industry insights into engaging content.
- Track performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for storytelling.
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media trends is an asset.
- Photography or videography experience is a bonus.
Hours
- Part-time (10–20 hours per week) with potential to grow into a full-time role.
