Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with district leaders on human resource strategies

Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience in retail
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications
- CHRP or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proven track record of strategic analysis and problem-solving
