Senior HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with district leaders on human resource strategies
• Monitor key HR performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Conduct town hall meetings to boost associate engagement
• Oversee effective staffing and onboarding processes
• Facilitate leadership training for top talent development

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in retail
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications
• CHRP or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Proven track record of strategic analysis and problem-solving
