Overnight Supervisor

As an Overnight Freight Supervisor, you will supervise and inspire associates to excel in their roles under the guidance of Department Supervisors. Your leadership will help in organizing aisles, managing inventory, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. Collaboration with management and operations teams will be key to achieving departmental goals while developing team potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure store readiness and inventory organization
• Manage resets and maintain planogram adherence
• Partner with Operations Assistant Manager for team prioritization
• Oversee unloading and inspecting deliveries
• Maintain all Safety and Asset Protection standards

Requirements

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service approach
