Job description
The Healing Theory is seeking a dynamic Pilates & Fitness Instructor to lead engaging group classes in our welcoming wellness studio. We’re looking for someone who brings both Pilates expertise and versatility across other class styles (yoga, core, stretch, mobility, strength, etc.), helping clients move, feel, and live better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Pilates and other adjacent fitness classes with a strong focus on form, technique, and safe progression.
- Adapt sessions for varying fitness levels, injuries, and individual needs.
- Provide clear instruction, hands-on corrections, and encouragement.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment to support client retention.
- Collaborate with our team to shape a well-rounded studio schedule.
Qualifications
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer) and additional certifications (Yoga, Group Fitness, Barre, etc.) an asset.
- Experience teaching groups or private sessions.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to connect with all fitness levels.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).

Shift Availability:
