Responsibilities

- Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations related to real estate transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry.

Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario
- Proven track record as a successful Real Estate Agent.
- Entry level Real Estate Agents welcome.
- You can also apply if you are nearing completion of a Real Estate licensing course.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Real Estate market and current trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
