About the Position
We are looking for a calm, detail-oriented, and highly professional individual to join our team for a summer contract ending in late September.
This is a vital support role within our Customer Service department. You will act as the primary point of contact for digital correspondence, helping our team manage high volumes of inquiries, reaching out to new leads, and ensuring our existing clients receive timely, accurate information. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Email Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing email communications with new and existing customers, ensuring every response is professional, accurate, and helpful.
- Proactive Outreach: Reach out to new leads to introduce our printing services and follow up with past clients to support their re-order needs.
- Administrative Support: Lighten the workload for our senior CSR team by managing follow-ups on approvals, deadlines, and payment status.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all client information is recorded accurately and that every email sent reflects the high standards of The Cup Store.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor when assisting clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their experience with us.
What We’re Looking For:
- Crystal Clear Communication: You have exceptional written communication skills. You can explain complex details simply and professionally via email.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a high level of accuracy. You double-check your work and ensure that no detail—no matter how small—is overlooked.
- Calm Under Pressure: You maintain a steady, professional, and positive demeanor, even when managing multiple tasks or navigating a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive & Reliable: You are a self-starter who can manage your own task list and follow up on pending items without needing constant supervision.
- Experience: We are looking for students or professionals with relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or communications.
- Availability: This is a full-time contract position running through to the end of September.
