Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Address employee grievances, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Oversee payroll coordination and manage attendance systems.
• Implement and manage performance review systems and appraisals.
• Training & Development:
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee performance.
• Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires to align them with the company culture and values.
• Compliance & Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
