Project Construction Manager

Purpose of Role: To lead day-to-day execution of the CG Centre construction project

at site and ensure that all civil, structural, finishing, MEP coordination, contractor

management, quality, safety, timelines, and reporting requirements are achieved as per

approved plans, BOQ, budget, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

 Overall in-charge of on-site construction execution for the project.

 Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, project head, and

trustees’ representatives.

 Prepare and monitor construction schedule, micro-planning, and weekly execution

targets.

 Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project

timelines.

 Supervise civil, structural, finishing, services, external development, and related

works.

 Review contractor progress, manpower deployment, machinery mobilization, and

material planning.

 Verify RA bills / running bills in coordination with QS / accounts / project team.

 Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, safety requirements, labour compliances,

and site discipline.

 Conduct weekly progress review meetings and maintain MOM / action tracker.

 Highlight risks, delays, design gaps, cost overruns, and site issues in advance.

 Coordinate testing, inspections, snag closure, and handover activities.

 Submit periodic MIS on progress, quality, budget, labour, and issues requiring

management decisions.

Preferred Qualification

 B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

 Additional project management exposure preferred

Experience

 12–18 years in construction execution

 Experience in institutional / campus / commercial / hospitality / residential

township projects preferred

 Experience in handling full-site execution independently is essential

Pay: ₹23,512.52 - ₹92,896.57 per month
