KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Creator & Influencer Ecosystem Leadership:* Designing and leading comprehensive influencer, athlete, and creator-led marketing frameworks—managing high-impact scouting, onboarding, and native content integration.
*Integrated Campaign Execution:* Steering the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cultural, and product-focused social campaigns from conceptual scripting through to real-time publishing.
*Data-Driven Performance Diagnostics:* Pairing sharp creative storytelling instincts with strict analytical discipline; utilizing advanced platform analytics to optimize audience engagement, traffic loops, and follower growth curves.
*Cross-Functional Team Management:* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing internal cell of social media managers, copywriters, and multimedia creators while seamlessly aligning with cross-functional brand and product stakeholders.

Requirements

*Experience Base:* 7–10 years of progressive, verified professional success operating as a Social Media Head, Senior Brand Manager, or Lead Content Strategist.
