Job Description

Role: SSA PT Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process for blue and grey collar positions
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Assist in the negotiation and offer process for selected candidates
• Participate in onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
