What You’ll Be Doing:

· Lead and mentor a team of talented technicians, advisors, and support staff

· Champion a customer-first culture. From first handshake to final follow-up

· Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality across the service department

· Set and exceed performance targets, from customer satisfaction to revenue goals

· Ensure vehicles are serviced accurately and promptly - the first time, every time

· Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions first mindset

· Collaborate across departments, especially with Parts and Sales, to streamline workflow

· Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment

Your Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience managing or assisting in a dealership or high-volume auto service shop

· Leadership that inspires! Your team respects you because you lead by example

· Top notch communication and customer service skills

· Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repairs

· Familiarity with dealership management software

· AST certifications are great, but not a dealbreaker

· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
