Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, commission-based Sales Representative to drive new business across the East Coast of the United States. This is a remotely based role with a focus on selling into enterprise-level organizations in the Observability and Cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients across the East Coast.
- Present and promote Teneo’s cybersecurity and networking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors).
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support client needs.
Ideal Candidate
- We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong footprint in the tech industry and an established book of business. If you have deep relationships across enterprise or mid-market clients and are ready to introduce cutting-edge solutions to your network, we want to hear from you.
- You will be expected to generate your own opportunities through proactive outreach and work with a modest number of leads.
- Be prepared to demonstrate a proven track record in commission-only sales.
- Experience selling Observability and Cybersecurity to decision makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
