CRM & Lifecycle Lead

We are a fast-growing B2B technology company enabling enterprise customer growth globally. In addition to scaling our core business, we have launched a strategic investment arm focused on high-growth B2C companies.

We actively partner with our portfolio companies — advising on marketing initiatives, performance optimization, and scalable growth strategies — while continuing to support and expand our B2B customer base.

About the Role

We are looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Lead to own and scale our customer engagement strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

This role will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing Braze as our lifecycle platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building event-driven journeys in a mobile-first environment and understands how lifecycle strategy directly impacts retention, LTV, and revenue.

This is not a newsletter role. This is a data-driven, app-centric lifecycle marketing position.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end lifecycle strategy across the customer journey (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation)
  • Hands-on management of Braze (Canvas journeys, segmentation, reporting, testing)
  • Email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging strategy and execution
  • Event-based segmentation and journey logic tied to user behavior
  • Collaboration with product and engineering to define and maintain clean event taxonomy
  • Audience sync with paid channels (Meta, Google) for suppression and acquisition support
  • Performance reporting and optimization tied to retention KPIs and LTV
  • Testing roadmap (A/B testing, timing, content, frequency optimization)
  • Continuous optimization of onboarding and subscription flows

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in CRM / lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (Canvas, segmentation, event logic)
  • Experience in mobile-first or app-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of push notification strategy
  • Experience building multi-step, event-triggered journeys
  • Familiarity with retention metrics and cohort analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and design high-performing lifecycle messaging across email, push, and in-app channels, with a strong understanding of conversion psychology, user behavior, and performance-driven creative systems.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams

Strong Plus

  • Braze certification
  • Experience in travel, telecom, subscription, fintech, or SaaS apps
