Qualifications
- Active home state Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Proficient with desktop computer systems and knowledgeable in Windows-based platforms
- Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
- College degree preferred but not essential
