Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, or chats.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for complex problems.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Any fresher graduate can apply.

0-2 years of experience in a similar role (Technical Support).

Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (BCA/B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/MCA).

Average communication skills in English; ability to work on domestic processes.
