Endpont Support Engineer(Intune & Fortinet Focus)

Description

Seeking a Lead Tier 3 support tech for complex end‑user issues across Windows, Office, AD, networking, and enterprise applications.

This individual will serve as the Intune SME, owning endpoint lifecycle management, Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance, and application deployment.

In addition to engineering and enforcing endpoint security through Intune policies, patch management, and integration with tools like Microsoft Defender and Fortinet MDR. While driving modernization by transitioning GPOs to cloud-based policy management and resolving advanced OS/Intune-related problems.

This is a Contract position based out of Monroeville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
