Endpoint Support Engineer

The Endpoint Support Engineer is a hands-on, engineering-focused role dedicated to the design, deployment, and maintenance of our modern endpoint infrastructure. The core focus is leveraging Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Fortinet MDR to manage and secure all corporate devices (Windows, mobile, etc.), ensuring high security standards and a seamless end-user experience

Level 3 experience in the following areas:

• M365 Licensing & Admin
• Active Directory and Entra (AzureAD) User Admin
• Office (including OneDrive/Teams/SharePoint)
• Intune
• Endpoint Patching
• Apple Business Manager
• Fortinet Focus

Job Duties:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting (30%)

Modern Endpoint Management & Engineering (50%)

Collaboration & Strategy (20%)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Certifications (Highly Valued)

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Azure or Security-related certifications.

Shift: M-F 11p-7a -- 100% remote -- Must be local to the Ohio/PA area

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
