Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

About The Role

Our Client is hiring Senior Full Stack Developer to support high-impact digital transformation initiatives with the Government of Alberta’s Digital Design and Delivery Division (3D).

You will work on modernizing public services, building user-centric applications, and contributing to large-scale government digital platforms using agile and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable full stack applications
• Contribute to technical discovery, architecture, and solution design
• Build and maintain high-quality, reusable code and components
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production releases
• Improve code quality, performance, and system maintainability
• Contribute to technical documentation and onboarding of team members

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer in complex environments
• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core / C#
• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Experience with Git and source control in collaborative environments
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience modernizing legacy systems into scalable digital solutions

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to UX / service design teams
• Public sector or government project experience
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and design patterns
