Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Frontend Engineer.
We're building AI-powered products that change how people work. We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who thinks like a product owner, not just a developer.
What we need
5–7 years of hands-on experience with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. You know the Vercel ecosystem well — App Router, Server Components, Core Web Vitals, performance budgets. You stay current with the community and bring that knowledge into your work.
You're fast because you're smart about it — you leverage open-source component libraries (Shadcn, Radix UI, Headless UI), use tools like Claude Code to accelerate delivery, and don't reinvent what already exists.
The product engineering part matters just as much
We don't want someone who closes tickets. We want someone who challenges assumptions, co-owns features from prototype to production, and works directly with product managers to improve UX before a line of code is written. You should feel the user's experience personally — and push back when something isn't right.
