Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered applications using advanced LLM technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/LLM-based applications and solutions
• Work on LLM integration, fine-tuning, and deployment
• Build scalable and high-performance AI systems
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for AI model training and inference
• Implement Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Optimize model latency, performance, and resource utilization
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI model performance and output quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML technologies
• Strong experience with Transformer-based models and LLM APIs
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with:
• PyTorch
• TensorFlow
• Hugging Face
• Experience with Vector Databases and Semantic Search
• Strong knowledge of:
• Prompt Engineering
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Fine-tuning Techniques
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms:
• AWS
• Azure
• GCP
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
